Super Techno Nerd

I am a super techno nerd. I’m in bed updating my blog from my phone. Today was a great day. Cooper and I drove to Branson, MO to break up the drive to Arkansas and to spend the day with our friends the Sankeys. Kathy Sankey (a fellow pic lover) took pictures of Cooper and I this afternoon and then we just sat around and got caught up. Good friends are wonderful.
Otey is headed to work the Tour Finale (a big deal rodeo… like the playoffs) and eat steak and drink fresh brewed rootbeer at the best steakhouse in dowtown Omaha, NE. I’m headed to work a tiny college rodeo and eat at McDonalds and Taco Bell in the booming metropolis of Magnolia, AR. Although they will pay about the same… it just doesn’t seem quite fair, now does it? The only good thing is I’m picking my Mom up at the airport in Little Rock on the way to Magnolia. It’s great when she comes to watch Coop, but truth be told, I just like haveing her around. It’s funny how your parents get better with age… or is it that we just get smart enough to see how great they are?
