THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR ALL THE LOVE AND PRAYERS YOU’VE SENT US THE PAST FEW DAYS. WE ARE SO BLESSED TO HAVE SUCH WONDERFUL FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
We didn’t think we were going to be released from the hospital until yesterday afternoon, but we ended up coming home yesterday morning about ten. Grady had a great day. He is eating like a champ and sleeping tons. Cooper did great with him. He doesn’t want to hold him, but he does swing by in between all his 2yr old business and give him a kiss or a squeeze on the foot or hand. Last night after Cooper hit the hay, I fed Grady and then came downstairs to edit some photos from the hospital and to REALLY blog. I’m talking tons of capital letters…. lots of “…’s” and then about ten minutes after I sat down, Otey was stomping on the floor above my head to tell me Grady “the Parana” McCloy was ready to eat again. That was the end of blogging last night considering I either was changing diapers, changing clothes, or feeding Grady from about midnight until five this morning with a few tiny little catnaps mixed in. Right now Cooper is running around upstairs yelling “pancakes! pancakes!” THANK YOU LORD MY MOM IS STILL HERE. I would have never survived the past couple of weeks (especially yesterday) with out her. This delivery/recovery has been WAY more painful then my first one and Otey and my Mom have been unbelievable. I am counting the minutes until I can just feel like “me” again. Hopefully all McCloy’s under four foot tall will nap at the same time today and I can add some more photos to the blog.
Sidenote… If you have emailed or called pertaining to business stuff, I am going to sit down today and return all of my messages. Sorry you’ve been ignored/neglected this week.
