Fall 2008

I have several sessions from last fall that I never blogged.  Most of my favorites from those sessions are now on my new website, but I thought I’d flip back through them for the next few days and share some that make me happy.  You know… that’s really what it’s all about when you book a session with me… making ME happy. 🙂

The Angelhow family was perfect.  Perfect for that whole “making ME happy” thing.  Gorgeous kids, a Mom that laughed throughout the ENTIRE session, and a Dad that loved loved loved his family and was totally willing to roll with whatever crazy idea I came up with.  Now THAT makes me happy.

I shoot a lot in Missouri, so I get some pretty loyal Mizzou fans.  I don’t know what it is about changing in to their “fan” clothes… but it seems like every time I get a family that does, all heck breaks loose…

They were all “being” the letters in this next photo.  Dad was doing is best “Z”.  Backwards Z…. huh?

And of course what sports fan photo session would be complete with out THE jump photo.  You would not believe how many clients this year told me that they used their jumping photo on their Christmas cards.  Now THAT makes me happy.

Sidenote… Dad is a principal.  I don’t know why I think that’s so fun.  I mean… I know principals have lives outside of detention hall and cafeteria duty, but I just never had a princiapl that seemed like they would be this much fun at home.
