Cletus update

I just got home from the Doctor. Cletus has a cute little heartbeat. I asked the Doc if he thought it sounded like a boy heart or a girl heart and he said he wasn’t sure. What do these people go to school for eight years for? My next appointment is in four weeks and that is when we’ll find out if we are having another boy, or if we are going to have to take a second mortgage on our house to buy girl stuff.
Otey had to fly to Texas this weekend for some work stuff, so Cooper and I dropped him off in Kansas City at the airport, went to Marshall to get our hair done and stayed all night there, and then we went back and picked him up last night. We got in about 1:00 this morning to a lovely temperature of 4*. Have I mentioned that I love Iowa?
