Sorry I have been missing all week. Cooper, Louie, and I decided to surprise Otey and spent all day Tuesday driving to Ottumwa. We are staying here until Thursday evening when we will all leave for the College Rodeo in Troy, AL. Cooper and I have spent all week house hunting and haven’t found a thing. Our Realtor should win some sort of an award. The two times he has taken me out house hunting, we have looked at like a total of 20 houses in Ottumwa. I just can’t find anything that I half way like. I consider myself a professional shopper. You would think I would be just overwhelmed with joy to be participating in the Super Bowl… the World Series… the NFR of shopping… House Shopping. But truthfully, it stinks. Most of the houses in Ottumwa are like 30+ years old, and the ones that are any newer then that are so outrageously expensive that we would have to sell Cooper to even come up with a down payment. I just want to find something that I can be a tiny bit excited about.
